Player interaction not working

Got the same problem... really fun managing a team without being able to interact with players... -
My game does not seem to have an option to interact with players. When they want to talk about issues, there is an empty dialog screen. The option to interact with players in their profile is also missing. Can't praise or give critisism. This is frustrating because part of my squad is unhappy because i can't react when they try to talk about issues.
