The flood lights keep showing throughout a match, even though they're not in picture at the time.

This happens to me constantly. I am running my game on a Mac, if that makes any difference. Every time I have a evening game with the flood lights on, this seems to happen.

I find it a bit frustrating with the scouting, and the reach you have, especially being a smaller club. I manage Colchester, and obviously the scouting package I can choose with the limited socuting budget is to scout players from your own league. However, it makes it look a bit redicilous that I can without any problem or extra cost scout (other than the standard cost per onth for the active scouting package) a player in Barrow, being on the other side of the country, but to go up the road and scout a player in the Norwich U18 would cost me an arm and a leg almost to scout. My suggestion would be to maybe map the FM world out in to different types of regions (i.e. Essex, Suffolk, Lancashire etc). This would also help for you to find mmore local talent for your team. It may be a big task to apply this in to the game, but I think it would add more realism in to the game.
