Hi! I've created two same folder of Football Manager by accident. I'm affraid to remove one of them. Is there risk that FM can work badly if I have two same folders?

Hi everybody ! I reinstalled my Windows 7 and I formated disks. My antivirus has detected I have four files Visual C++ Redistributable (2012 and 2013) out of date. I play in Football Manager 2016. I've heard that it can have bad influence on FM's working, but doesn't have to. Is it true? How is your experience? I care about your help
