Like others have said, it is up to you whether it is cheating. I have been struggling with tactics this year, so I will do a lot of research, watch a bunch of videos, and then create my own tactic. To me, downloading a tactic is cheating yourself, and you won't feel as accomplished when things start going your way.

I had this issue after the new update. What fixed it for me was disabling the gsync in the nvidia control pannel. Hope this helps.
