  1. Hi all, I was wondering what the community thought about an update to the Medical/Physio function in FM on club medicals when a player is signed. IRL, medicals when players are signed, aren’t pass or fail, they are graded, often on a traffic light system. Green, no problems; amber, some risks; red, some serious risks. The level of medical also depends on the timescale. If it’s a transfer deadline, it’s a short timescale but it will come with caveats. If it’s a full medical, it can take days but will be thorough. The above can also be linked to attribute masking/popularity of a player. If a player is well known then more data is available on known injuries, therefore there is a better risk assessment and more chance of getting the green/amber rating. If you’re trying to sign the next Lukas Radebe from a far flung region (who isn’t?), without thorough scouting or giving enough time for a thorough medical, there is more chance of a red rating. I would love to see this in the game where, if amber or green, the transfer can go through with a note from the medical team on risk areas. If red, the club can highlight the problem area, then give the decision to the manager depending on the confidence level in the manager, the skill of the medical staff, and the amount of time taken for the medical. Like I said, I would love the communities thoughts on this. Cheers CL
