    Attached is DxDiag as requested. Regarding the graphics setting, having just checked it was on very low so have changed that now. Cheers DxDiag.txt

    @Zachary Whyte have followed all of the instructions but the problem still persists. Shall I share more screen shots?

    @Zachary Whyte I have tried removing all modified skins and graphics but I still do not have the option to adjust the scaling ratio? Any other ideas?

    I have the same issue, can't increase above 85% nor do I have any other scaling options, see below. Please help!
