  1. Good tactic but I made few tweeks: - Mentality to attacking - Fullbacks roles to Inverted Wingback - Two DMs to Segondo Volante on support duty. As your system is based on a high pressing I lowered the team pressing bar to normal and put "more pressing" to every player but the central defenders. With this change, the players are doing a more zonal pressure and the team doesn't create spaces for the other team. I also withdrawed the prevent short distribution by the GK and put it on positionnal instruction instead so only the closest players (mainly the two strikers) are pressuing the GK. Works pretty well with a lot of chances created and surprisingly few chances conceded. But as for every 4-4-2 or 4-2-4 tactic you still need a good very GK.
  2. Hello Everyone! I'm a great fan of Arrigo Sacchi's tactic during 90's Milan AC and I wanted to create a tactic which totally respects his philosophy. Arrigo Sacchi's Philosophy 1. Attacking Mentality 2. High Pressure Counterpress with focus on sides of the pitch 3. High Defensive Line 4. High Tempo and Fast transitions in counter-attacks 5. High Ball Control during normal phase 6. High Number of Runs behind the defense and pass into channels 7. High mobility of forward players ROSENBAUM ARRIGO SACCHI V1 Download - ARRIGO SACCHI V1 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In order to have more control with the ball after winning it with no counter-attacks, it is important to respect players best foot STL (Right Foot) - Very Strong STR (Left Foot) - Very Strong AML (Right Foot) - Very Strong AMR (Left Foot) - Very Strong CML (Left Foot) - Very Strong/Strong CMR (Right Foot) - Very Strong CDL (Left Foot) - Very Strong/Strong/Fairly Strong CDR (Right Foot) - Very Strong/Strong/Fairly Strong SET PIECES Attacking Corner takers: Left (AML) - Right (AMR) Attacking Throw-in: Left (MCL) - Right (MCR) Note: Don't worry about midfielders doing throw-ins as it's only going to happen for throw-ins in the final third of the opponent. Most of the time those throw-ins are done by the DL and DR INDIVIDUAL TRAINING FOCUS STL - Deep lying Forward (Support) STR - Advanced Forward (Attack) AML - Advanced Playmaker (Support) AMR - Inverted Winger (Attack) CML - Mezzala (Attack) CMR - Deep Lying Playmaker (Support) DL - Wing Back (Attack) DR - Inverted Wing Back (Support) CD - Central Defender (Defend) GK - Sweeper Keeper (Support) OPPOSITIONS INSTRUCTIONS I suggest not setting any Opposition Instructions and not letting your assistant manager to do that YELLOW AND RED CARDS Please notice that most of positions in the tactic have “Tackle Harder” PI which means that you need to control your players’ tackling aggression during matches in order to avoid getting a man sent off so if during a match you see that someone of your players gets booked then go to the tactic menu and add "Easy Off Tackles" PI to this players or otherwise there’s a high risk that this player gets a second yellow card/red card. RED CARDS SHAPE Withdraw one of the central midfielders as DR is an inverted wing back and the AML is mostly playing in midfield. IMPORTANT PLAYERS ATTRIBUTES STR - Acceleration, Agility, Pace, Finishing, Dribbling, First Touch,Technique, Anticipation, Off The Ball, Composure, Decisions STL - Technique, Passing, First Touch, Vision, Teamwork, Work Rate, Decisions, Off The Ball, Dribbling, Acceleration, Agility, Pace, Anticipation, Composure, Flair AMR/AML - Acceleration, Agility, Pace, Flair, Dribbling, First Touch, Technique, Off The Ball, Anticipation, Decisions, Composure MCL/MCR - Passing, Technique, First Touch, Vision, Decisions, Composure, Work Rate, Teamwork, Anticipation, Positioning, Off The Ball, Dribbling, Jumping DL - Acceleration, Pace, Dribbling, Work Rate, Positioning, Tackling, Marking, Anticipation, Stamina, Strength, Determination, Aggression, Bravery DR - Acceleration, Pace, Decision, Teamwork, Work Rate, Positioning, Tackling, Marking, Anticipation, Stamina, Strength, Determination, Aggression, Bravery DCL/DCR - Strength, Jumping Reach, Acceleration, Pace, Anticipation, Positioning, Concentration, Marking, Tackling, Work Rate, Bravery, Determination, Aggression GK - Reflexes, Handling, One On Ones, Aerial Reach, Command of Area, Communication, Agility, Concentration, Anticipation, Determination INJURIES AND SQUAD ROTATION Basically your objective over time would be to have a "A" Team playing most of the matches and especially important matches and a "B" Team playing the less important matches and Cup Matches. The average number of matches of season for each team is the following: "A" Team - 35+ matches - "B" Team - 20+ Matches. Having a "B" Team is a good way to give match time to youngster player who can reach the "A" Team in the future. TRAINING Cadoni's training (I didn't find a link ) ROSENBAUM - ARRIGO SACCHI.fmf
