If the contract of a player from another club expires, how can you make a contract offer to the player without contacting the club. I want to sign players on a free transfer for the new season. Furthermore, the Scouting search function does not work for expiring contracts. Please help, thank you

Wenn bei einem Spieler von einem anderen Verein der Vertrag ausläuft, wie kann man dem Spieler eine Vertrag Angebot machen ohne den Verein zu kontaktieren. Ich möchte Spieler Ablösefrei unter Vertrag nehmen für die neue Saison. Des Weiteren funktioniert die Scouting Suchfunktion nach ablaufenden Verträgen nicht. Bitte um Hilfestellung, Danke

If I want to scout for expiring contracts, no scouting results are displayed. In general, the scouting orders only work minimally. Does anyone have a solution or the same problem?
