Hey guys, I started one over here (and already finished the first season), I hope you enjoy my content!
My setup
I started with a brand new manager, amateur footballer
I decided to go with the San Marino League
I'm not the national manager
I want this to be natural. So I'll be training a team from the league until the national team fire the current manager (or the youth national team), and then I will apply.
I've load the follows leagues: Italy until Serie C, Spain, England, Germany and France (1st divisions) -> To be as realistic as possible
My strategy
I wanted to make a "full-italian" team to be strong asap
I want to start playing UCL asap so the money will start coming in
After the money start coming in I'll finally then developing
Try to become Professional
Upgrade Training facilities
Upgrade Youth Facilities and Intakes
I noticed that San Marino youth intake is very poor and no one got good facilities to develop this players. So is worthless to develop San Marino players from the beggining.
Pennarossa
Pennarossa hired a new manager
Honeslty, I just picked the logo that I loved the most (and the colors, since I'm a São Paulo fan, I always like clubs on red, white and black). The club got real good players so it was kind easy to just hire a few to have a great team. My best player of course is a Italian guy named Alessandro Conti that started at Juventus (wow).
And I got 3 good San Marino players. One of them, Mattia Stefanelli, seems to be the National Squad's striker.
The first Season went all good. I was able to win the league and Titato cup with no difficulties.
The National Squad still doesn't have a win since I started. I'm waiting until someone is fired
