0 "What we've got here is a failure to communicate"
  1. Players can and will invent promises out of thin air. I just had a youngster with a loan status of unavailable for loan scream at me for breaking a promise not to loan him. I look and I have a completed loan promise to him that starts and ends on that day, I reloaded a save from the day before to check my promises and what do you know. There was no promise to that player at all. The player just invented it to try and force a move.
  2. At Chelsea I just had Enzo Fernández demand a new contract. Now when I went to offer him a contract it was for a squad player and he demanded £575,000 per week. The average squad player wage is £150,000 per week. His demands were astronomical and quite frankly rediculous. After discussions he signed for £500,000 per week. Now, not happy with this i saved the game and reloaded. I adjusted my wage budget to bring it down and voila, as a star player Enzo is happily now on £350,000, rather than the 500,000 he demanded as a squad player. So your clubs wage budget directly effects player wage demands which is pretty odd. How do the player and the agent know my exact wage budget allocation? Are all agents KGB operatives or working for the CIA? It appears so.
  3. This is still an issue. Romelu lukaku cant score a penalty for 3 years, he has great penalty stats. Players can score in a penalty shootout but within normal time there is a 90% chance of a miss. In 3 seasons I've scored 1 penalty overall in normal time. Every other one is missed.
