LIGA A TV IVAN CORNO

I have started a save in a lower league club in Portugal. I got promoted every season and got to division 1 and the board decided to build a new stadium (my current one had 1000 seats). They started searching for site for a 9678 seater and meanwhile we rented another stadium. When i checked the board it said the stadium would be fully built in the end of the season. I waited and it did. I've moved there in 2030 and played there for a year. The problem is the board is still looking for a site and I can't expand it. It's been a year since the stadium has been built and 2 since we were looking for a site and it's still there. Is there any way I can fix it? https://imgur.com/a/zo2rNSu

Is there any way of changing the people that try to run for president? I want to make a Porto save and make it as realistic as possible and as of now a person that is a manager in game is running for president (André Villas-Boas). Is there any way I can make him win the next elections or make him a candidate?

I have a league where me and a friend of mine play. I've created the league and we are on the second season. My computer is low-end and it takes a long time to load whilst his is really good. Is there a way i can make him the host of the server so his computer does most of the work and not mine? Thank you in advance
