Want something quiet which I can play FM in my commute without the fan noise getting too loud and others having worts which has happened in the past

Hi just seen the MacBook Air M1 has been reduced to 899 on Amazon. Has anyone played FM on it. Know it’s fanless so worried about throttling. How would it compare against a similar Windows small laptop at the same price
