Think about it positively. If they did release the beta at midnight, Americans would have gotten to play before Brits would, assuming the Brits here have a sleep schedule.

Dutch is an interesting one. Most of the words are very similar to English, but the occasional word or so is completely insane. The word one is een but the word please is alsjebleift!

I will also say that EU4 is the easiest game to get into, system-wise. What’s not easy to get into is it’s dlc.

I’ve had them going for a week. I’m not turning them off. That way, when I stop getting notifications, I’ll know the beta is out.

I’m a big fan of them. I’m surprised there isn’t a bigger overlap between fm and paradox games. Feels like that whole idea of strategy and thinking carry over.

Turning on notifications for this thread is the worst mistake I ever made. Every time I get 10 notifications at once I think the beta dropped, but it’s just various unrelated gifs.
