The Ultimate Football Manager Challenge

Interested in starting this challenge but unsure how I would set up my game, does anyone have any suggestions? I know it is relevant to the specs of the device. For reference and I can load top 5 nations top 2 leagues and can run a save comfortably but I'm unsure what to select to maintain a optimal experience and avoid risking missing out on contents and leagues and have never tried adding or removing leagues from a save before. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated, many thanks
