Which awards are you looking at exactly? I think they were just recently handed out - during the season, so we didn't add them (yet) - although you could argue as they're for the past season....   but just to double check which ones you're missing.

The conditions are unclear indeed. But in the game Maxi is at PSV, until 1-1-2024 and then joins Racing. Irl he is on loan at Racing until 1-1-2024 (but maybe longer, permanently)

Hmm, that's weird. In my save the "Ajax Arena" has a capacity of 55.500.

Alright, that's fair. Then coach is indeed the better option.

 

Another note: Maxi Romero is set to join Racing Club on 1 January 2024, but is at PSV until then.

In real life he is on loan to Racing Club until January 1st. He will sign a permanent deal with them if the conditions, as agreed by the two clubs, are met.
