    2nd picture, I can't remove this player from transfer hub. a team sent a transfer that my DoF accepted but he'd already accepted a transfer to another club. now I'm stuck with the 1 notification.

    During a press conference I was asked whether id like to make a players transfer permanent to which I said yes, and then headline after was that I wanted him to stay with his club.
