I am playing as Ionikos in the Greek second division in the first season. In the northern conference, Aiolikos finished sixth in the regular season, outside the cut-off for the championship group, and inside the relegation group. However, the team in fourth was AEK Athens B team, which cannot gain promotion, and therefore cannot play in the championship group (I think). Due to this, Aiolikos qualified for the championship group. However, due to them still being in sixth, they also qualified for the relegation group, whereas AEK Athens B team did not qualify for either group.
