I tend to work with them. I give them the targets to bring in and who to sell. Don't fancy giving them free reign to bring in who they want. -
Baglan Dragons haven't hired a caretaker manager either and don't look interested in appointing a permanent manager. Jomo Cosmos Daugavpils Ghana. Approaching 3 years without appointing a manager. If you look at the job security screen you will see they have N/A listed as the leading candidate.

It looks like some clubs aren't replacing caretaker managers. When I tried to apply for the job myself it told me the application process is over. But they don't appoint a permanent manager. Even though all leagues are playable, some other clubs have the button greyed out for applying for the job. I have double-checked the screen for this.

Also you have no idea what is going on behind the scenes when they get sacked.
