    Is it possible for you to add the "Beloften teams"? The Netherlands has a 2nd promotion tree into the "Tweede Divisie" Which is the U21 and then U23 A and B. This is where all the "Jong #Clubname" come from in the Netherlands. They can promote into the Tweede Divisie. I have attached the Infographic from the KNVB: https://www.knvb.nl/downloads/sites/bestand/knvb/24728/0659-infographic-onder2123-competitie-01 I tried to do it but I don't understand the pre-game editor at all, I am happy to help you if that works and spend some time on it.
