  1. No, I honestly think that any increase will be passed on to users. Am I the only one who sees the move to Unity as a distraction that slows down or postpones bugs and unresolved issues for the umpteenth time? (Attribute spreads, poor youth intake, weird ai team management)?
  2. TBH. For ten years I have been playing with hp pavillon notebooks that are not designed for gaming. I tend to really pick huge custom databases, and play with 6 European leagues, 2 South American leagues, MLS and one rich league (China/Arabia). FM gives me half a star out of 5. But the game remains smooth. I do hate SI because they're slaughtering the gameplay in the late editions, especially over the long term, but the optimization is top notch. I don't know this will change for FM25, but I doubt it, as you will continue to watch only one match at a time. I suggest the best desktop pc you can afford. Best if it is an assembled one. Look especially at ram and cpu. Oh, I almost forgot. You do deserve to be shouted
  3. I'm so tempted to go back to FM 19 and I'm bloody serious. The more recent edition really hinder long term saves.
  4. There are plenty. FM 19 FM20 FM21 FM22 FM23 FM23 Especially FM23 Apart from that, anything by EA and Bethesda. And CS2 and Ksp2 too (pun intended) Never buy on day 1. And for FM/FIFA/EAFC avoid buying every single edition. Buy every few years Because If you keep buying year after year, they'll pay more attention to money than to the complaints.
  5. Attributes that are specific to the role and position I am trying to cover. Determination and hidden stats (via in-depth scouting) such as consistency, pressure for big games, ambition and professionalism (the latter two especially if the player is young) Injury proneness. The rest is negligible for me. A 145 centreback who is brave professional and consistent and that is proficient in marking, tackling, anticipation, jumping, is as good as an inconsistent 165 with 12 in bravery
  6. No, actually it is true and yes, it is a common business practice. But let's pretend it's not. Every year the developers promise to fix this bug (as for many others) the year after. They release the game and the bug is still there. They ask for feedback, they ask for saves, they promise to take a look. Then they say the problem can't be fixed and promise to fix it the next year. And so on and so forth. They have already responded, for example, that they cannot fix the attribute spread in this edition. To my knowledge it is the same answer since 2019 Whether intentional or not, the game is unplayable in the long run. Regardless of their good faith, SI has a problem with long term players
  7. In the vast majority of cases you have 2 foreign player slots each year. 1 slot is always available, no matter what. 1 additional slot becomes available if: - you sell or loan a foreign player already registered abroad - an already registered foreign player becomes a EU player Any player bought from an Italian team is considered EU. If you only have 1 unregistered foreign player left, the answer is yes, he will be registered in the next summer session. If you haven't used the second slot because you don't want to sell or loan foreign players, there is a shortcut. Or at least there was in FM23 (I don't have FM24 because the last editions are garbage). Buy a foreign player from an Italian team and sell or loan him abroad immediately.
