I've been using a 433 strikerless tactic that is intended to maintain possession and create chances. I've used it for at least 10 games now and can happily say that we consistently get above 60%+ possession, with a very strong defensive record. However, I still believe that it is lacking something, as I sometimes struggle to create chances and have yet to win against the stronger sides with this tactic. In what way can I change the tactic to maintain high possession but improve the chances created? I don't mind a change in formation (ideally 4 at the back). Formation: Team Instructions:

Context: I typically play the usual Gegenpress on FM because it is the type of football I love watching in real life. However, I have decided to try to move towards a more possession-focused system of play, emulating a Guardiola-esque managerial philosophy. The goal of my tactic is high-pressing football and high levels of possession, all intent on creating chances, scoring goals and maintaining defensive solidity. The issue I have is that I am struggling to score goals with this tactic. Defensively, it seems fine, choking out much of the opposition's attack. How can I improve this tactic offensively and score more goals, all while maintaining defensive efficiency? Ultimately, I want my striker to be the main goal-scoring threat, however, I put the collective over the individual so I don't mind him not scoring a ridiculous amount if it means the team collectively scores goals. Any help will be much appreciated

Hi, I'm relatively new to the whole Football Manager series. My first real attempt at playing FM has been this year's version (FM24). I am a huge Liverpool fan and have loved the way that Jurgen Klopp has enabled the team to play these past few years. High-intensity football has always been a welcome contrast to the more methodical possession-based system of Guardiola (although I also love seeing Manchester City play). I wanted to ask: what are the core tenets for creating a high-pressing, Klopp-esque football philosophy within Football Manager? I want to know the principles behind such a system and how I can replicate it within Football Manager.
