just played to the start of 2nd season and on the 5th July 2025 I got this message - Our plans for a stadium move have unfortunately had to be scapped, Although the board would have liked to move forward with the plans, the local council have intervened and refused to grant planning permission, and then the next line in the same message inexplicably says this - the club's objective of building a new stadium has finally been realised and their vision for the future is very much taking shape as a result. this game has so many bugs haha.

If you ask them straight away they will start looking for planning permission, I have played about 1 and a half seasons into the save and it is still at that stage but I am hoping at the end of 2 season to hear more about it. The Inter Milan save is my favourite one of the saves I uploaded, Mainly because they already have a fantastic team to build around (Dimarco, Bastoni, Barella, Frattesi, Thuram and of course Lautaro Martinez) plus more but they are short in some areas like on the right wing, I would highly recommend signing Nicolas Gonzalez for this position, he is available for £29 million which is very cheap for him, he is already friends with Martinez and he is a quality player in the game.

sometimes when I was trying to make them happen right from the start of the game they seemed to fail more often, I just thought it seemed easier to get them through after September starts, might be my imagination I dont know. gives me some time to hire better staff at clubs too.

I manage the teams myself until the start of September and use some of the best tactics I have downloaded from other tactics websites, which is why the teams are usually unbeaten, then use FMRTE I set the chairman status to 1 so they want to leave, then load and reload until I get the tycoon eyes (club name) message, so yeah, I am engineering them myself so they will happen, so anyone who wants to use them can have a tycoon from early on in the game.

Also when your asking the board for improvements to various areas of the club when you take over dont forget to ask them to build a new stadium, they will begin planning on a new 100,000 seater stadium.

also if you spend the original £32 million transfer budget wait for the day of the youth intake preview ( its on 13th December ) then ask the board to increase the transfer budget and when they say no choose the " I just think it shows a lack of ambition on our part " option and they should give you another £20 million. I would highly recommend signing Roko Simic, he is top quality and his dad is already working as a scout at the club haha.

Dont worry about the overall bank balance going into the red, if that happens then at the start of the next month tycoons usually cover the debt and throw in an extra £30-£40 million by singing a new sponsorship deal.
