I am trying to create a knockout tournament for teams in Europe, and I have verified my changes. However, the competition did not appear in my save despite me leaving it running for two years. Can anyone check my file and see if there were any issues? Thanks in advance.

So I was previously editing in basic mode and just after switching to advanced mode and tested I received this type of error:

I am trying to make a competition for the top second-tier teams in Europe, but seems like there are no options to select the top teams of the second division. Is it possible and what steps should I make? Thank you.
