I have a question about your training: which program do you use? Every time the same one?
I'm also wondering how you handle your players rotation. A few players switched every match or a Team1/Team2 for Wednesday/Saturday games?
I'm right now also in a youth-only with Harrowby United (FM24), starting in level 10, currently in level 7, struggling to enter VNL/VNS division (3 seasons in D7 after 3 promotions in the first 4 years). I recently got my Pro status but I think I went too heavy on the training schedule, my number of injuries for the season is very high (training injuries mostly).
