I really liked it and I'm already using it, I'm new to skin editing

If you can help me change these 3 things that would make it perfect for me:

1 Size of the player's photo because I use CutOut (Shrink a little)
2 The attributes remain in the game's standard way without the boxes

3 Reserve players in tactics
4 Players’ photos appear during the game

Can you help me adjust this?
