  1. I load around 25 leagues across all continents in hopes that newgens will have a fair chance to be transferred. Unfortunately, talented newgens from lower-ranked nations rarely get the opportunity to fully develop their potential.
  2. Occasionally, a highly promising newgen emerges from less prominent nations. However, due to the limited transfer activity in these nations’ leagues, these newgens often fail to reach their full potential. It would be beneficial if Football Manager could simulate background transfers for these players, possibly to superior leagues in neighboring countries. This would provide them with the opportunity to fully develop their skills and potentially advance to top-tier leagues. This process could be implemented in the background without the need to simulate the newgen’s complete statistics.
  3. Just because a task is challenging doesn’t imply that developers should shy away from it. The modding community is a bustling hive of activity, churning out top-tier leagues for every nation, with a significant number of enthusiasts eagerly downloading them. In my personal experience, I single-handedly incorporated all the district-level cities across South Asian countries into my current FM24 save. This monumental task was accomplished in a mere two weeks of my spare time. There are individuals, like myself, who derive immense pleasure from witnessing the most realistic global football simulation possible. Sports Interactive possesses more than sufficient resources to employ a handful of freelancers to enrich the game’s geographical aspects. This enhancement would undoubtedly elevate the overall gaming experience.
  4. I believe the next iteration should cover every town for every nation, including accurate coordinates, population, altitude, weather, ethnicities, and languages spoken. Since women’s football is making its debut, in a country like Bangladesh, most of the female talent hails from various smaller cities. Ethnicity is significant because a substantial number of the members of the Bangladesh women’s roster come from ethnic minorities, which constitute just 1 percent of the total population. Moreover, the districts they originate from are primarily inhabited by multiple ethnic groups.
