It's a 4-2-3-1 CM AM that focuses on play from the wings. I use a dlp and a bwm in midfield and I decided that i will use him as a CM on defend probably as a backup

I can see he has potential the problem is i cant fit him on my system. his attributes are all over the place he is not suited for a specific position

This guy has really promising potential and his stats are already pretty high, however they are not well suited to each other and i can't find a place in my system for him. I play a high tempo wing based game where the wing backs play a crucial role. His best role would be IWB(D) but there's no way I'm modifying my system that much to fit him. Should I send him on loan one more time to see if his crossing and dribbling improve or just sell him? What would you do?

Auxerre has 3 midfielders in total in their squad bro. The only attacking mid is Hein so i have no subs if i play with a number 10. I have 2 good strikers so i had to use them somehow. Owusu has nice work rate and defending skills and Raveloson is pretty well rounded to be able to move forward.

That's probably what's going on sadly. I was patient all these years but now that i managed to win the UCL and reach 8500 reputation (top 14 itw) and the intake is still bad i think that there's not a lot i can do. The only confusing thing is that i saw another guy with Panathinaikos (team from same country) have a very good intake once and im yet to see a decent one.

Thank you for your info anyway. My team is PAOK. The biggest club in my region is my club with 8500 reputation and all the massive clubs are pretty far away. I will try another HOYD again and i will tell you how it went.

I recently signed my HOYD. this is my first intake with him. ive had others with bigger reputation and a bit lower stats and the results were kinda the same.

My youth intake looks every year just like the picture below. 0.5-1.5 stars maximum. the players have never potential above 3 stars. This is really confusing cause as you can see i have top youth facilities and recruitment as well as very good junior coaching. My team is also very reputable as i have won the champions league. The only thing that makes sense is that Greece has a youth rating of only 94/200 (the country from my Club). Do you have anything to recommend? this is becoming really frustrating
