I sometimes bid for some players but after the club accepts I never get the message to negotiate contract terms with the player. I've checked to see if the transfer got cancelled and the player contract page is saying no offers but I can't also make an offer for the player

They didn't, I can still toggle the selection button for release clause players. I sold one and loaned the other, when he came back from his loan, I could toggle it again. It felt like a bug but could be something else.

I can't remove or add some players to the transfer list. I can't place them as not for sale. Is it a bug or is it my board? I'm can't upload a picture to show it.

How do you improve 'mental' attributes like leadership, decisions and communication in younger players. Can they only be improved by mentoring? Is it futile to focus training young players on those attributes? Can they pick them up by just being around players who have those attributes(incase you can't assign a mentor for all) or from motivational coaches?

This would be lovely. I can clearly see the roles like Libero, IWB, Winger in the highlights but more detail like this and more roles wouldn't hurt. Also roles like Inverted Winger and Inside Forward, BBM and Roaming playmaker, Complete Forward and Adcance Forwards seem very similar in Mobile unless you understand football and look closer.

I hope I find it when you write it and why do certain young players stop improving when it isn't due to immaturity. It happened to me with Finch, I assigned him to a mentor again even if my coaches think he wouldn't benefit and he started improving a lot again. Now it's happening with Dhakil.

I just realised players lose role traits. Are they tied to attributes? Can they be trained? Any information about role traits is welcome.

The AI mangers always put left footed CBs on the right side. You can't stop your keeper from going up for corners because the pop up keeps repeating if you try to. It's not clear which attributes affect which player traits or what affects them at all. Players stop learning from matches but their development still shows young players should develop more at this stage. No National team coaches, scouts or physios and they are needed to help with tactics, scouting players for call ups and monitoring player fitness. Match ratings often reduce drastically in the 2nd half after a great 1st half.

What does each attribute combine in FM mobile from the regular FM? Like pace should be pace and acceleration combined and aerial should be heading, jump height and height combined
