  1. Also, I guess it would be really difficult in terms of legal rights. But I agree that it would be a very cool feature. To limit the database impact they could chose for just a few sinigificant starting years (although that choice will be tough to make; but could let the community vote)
  2. Dear SI, I would propose to add a difficulty setting (normal/hard) to the game that gives experienced players the possibility of getting a harder challenge. How to implement For more experienced/hardcore players it would be great if there would be a mode, where the AI is more advanced in their team management. Superior transfer market deals with more focus on the best attributes for the poisition, optimal personalities and age distributions Advanced tactic & lineup more tailored towards the opponent Make full utilization of optimal training schedules and training/youth development (inlcuding an optimal praise/criticise routine) I can only guess that the AI takes very similar choices than the recommendations that my assistent manager gives me. And to put it simply: There is a reason why every "good" YouTuber teaches you to completely ignore lineup, training focus or transfer market suggestions. They are, most of the time, not optimal at all! Remarks towards difficulty in the current game (FM24) The current algo/AI for computer-handled clubs seems fine for the casual playerbase. I am fully aware that I can "artificially" make my saves much harder by chosing handicapped clubs that have huge financial deficits, transfer embargos or are somewhat very remote in leagues with very low rep. However, while all of that is true it still feels like that the real difficulty in the game is not balanced correctly in favor of the human player by quite a margin. Such giving me the impression that I simply win and achieve more than I actually should. Background story: FM24 is my first real FM (bought FM15 but basically didnt play it). In my very first game (Journeyman), I got sacked within the first season of a 4th league English Team. At that point I thought "Oh wow, this game is really a challenge, I like!". I started watching YouTube videos (scouting, tactics, attributes, personalities etc..). This seemed to offer such a steep learning curve (easily accessible) that I outpaced the games difficulty immediatly. After my sack, I joined a swedish 3rd leage team. Got back-to-back promotions and immediatly won the Swedish premier league + did quite well in Europe. And that all with a squad that on paper was far worse in Current Ability. But due to the YT learning experience, I stacked all the CA in the most contributing attributes (e.g., acceleration&pace for all my wing players), had superior personalities, deployed an optimal training schedules which was downloaded & established a tactic that I copied from an FM online database which was very successful in benchmarking + fitting my team. Eventhough, it was fun for a while (~30h), it got a bit boring too soon. I've felt that I could easily enjoy 10+ more seasons if the way up would be a much harder struggle. It also felt simply too unreal that I would succeed that fast and far with such a semi-optimal team.
