can someone please tell me why the tactics are being tested on a team like city? they have the best team in the league. how do you know this is a good tactic if you already play with a great team that can be good in any tactic? why not test the tactics in weak teams and the tactic who will bring them become champions you can be rest assured that is a very good tactic?
