    @Zachary Whyte @XaW Thank you both for your support. I was finally able to reset my password and log in with some direction from the SI team. For anybody else having this issue, I clicked on reset password from the game and created a password without any special characters. That solved it.

    I have the exact same issue. I linked my steam account as well. But nothing works for login. I have created two support tickets and both have been resolved without response. Really disappointed with this Sega ticket nos:- 653742 and 675030
