  1. i noticed in the screenshots (aside from the height thing), Fran Kirby isn't listed with any international caps while the men's player is. i guess i'm now curious if the WWC / olympics are even going to be simulated - and how this will impact player fitness / development. not having the youth / senior national teams as a measuring stick for women's players is a bit hard to envision. certain leagues pause for the WWC / olympics as well - so i guess its important to hear whatever details exist for the international women's game.
  2. this is such an underrated issue for FM2025 - while men's international fixtures have always gotten in the way to an extent (players called away during cup ties, etc)... it is still foundational to the women's game in every way. i realize that the big clubs who have both women's/men's teams have a natural support base to draw from - but in the US, at least, the women's league absolutely exists to support the national program. again, i cannot assume what it is like for fans/coaches/players of the women's game everywhere - but the Olympics and WWC are such a big deal compared to any women's club match. its hard to explain the extent of the US women's team's popularity or influence over the sport in this country - they sell tickets to training sessions and regularly get spectators in the thousands wherever they go. women's soccer has long been the most popular youth sport (something like 1,000 colleges have a women's soccer team) and from day one the goal is to play/coach for the US national team. if i were to guess, the most intriguing project in Football Manager for that group would be to try to dominate the international stage. having that long term goal would make taking on a club job (that few would care about) more interesting. i'm worried that its just going to end up being an extra team to manage at a club (if one chooses) instead of engaging a potentially huge base of players.
