Up to £700 but preferably on the lower side as it is just for FM.

Would anyone be able to help me and recommend a good starter PC system that will run FM25 on lower settings, with about 10 leagues and using the 3d engine. FM will be the only game played on it so hopefully good enough to last a few more years as well. I'll also need a monitor and peripherals if there are any bundled deals on offer. Many thanks
