Absolute top work on the skin. I remember using it a few additions ago, I think I've found my FM24 skin. One question I have though, whenever I click a player - their info can take a few seconds to load in: Is this normal? Perhaps an issue my side.

Anyone had any luck attempting a recreation of Michel's tactics at Girona this season? In real life they have taken La Liga by storm. Tried my hand after reading a few bits about how they play, in my first attempt I feel like I got pretty close. Below is a pass map from their game against Real Madrid: Then below is my first pre-season friendly (a 3-3 draw with Sparta Rotterdam): Current tactic: I moved Aleix Garcia into the central position as he and Blind seemed to occupy the same space a lot - by moving him central I am getting similar positions to how he is in real-life, conducting everything in the middle of the park. I'm thinking about perhaps switching Gutierrez to a IWB or perhaps giving him sit narrower instruction but wonder if I'd run into the same issue with him getting in Blind's way. Perhaps switching Blind to an IFB with Gutierrez ahead of him as an IWB? But I wonder how that would work out of possession. Any thoughts?

Top work as usual! Not sure if this is a bug or not, but went o make a sub in-game and clicked the position to see who I had that could replace the injured player and it gave no names despite having other left-backs on the bench:

Ok - baffling that it wasn't fixed for full release. I know FM often has bugs, but this one is game-breaking for me.

Played three pre-season friendlies and my opponents didn't make any subs in any of the games.

Love this skin, top work! Really clean - and I love the match day screen, it’s what I have been looking for since the early access was released. My only question would be is there any easy way to remove current/potential ability number from the player profile? Personal preference would be not to see it.

I think inverted wingers would be more suited to systems like Aston Villa (Ramsey for example), as he would setup to play as a left winger but when Villa have possession, he would be much narrower than a winger in the mould of Saka for example at Arsenal - who would hug the line a lot more but cut inside when he has the ball.

I think you might be right - Jesus may be more suited to CF(S). Thinking more about it, I also think Saka should be a support role with Martinelli as attack. We need an Arsenal thread.

Personally I have used Martinelli as an IF(S) with stay wider as a PI. It could easily be switched to attack if you want him to be a bit more direct. My interpretation of the team based on tonight would be something like: GK: SK(S) - Raya DR: FB(S) - White (Sit Narrower, Run with with ball) DL: IWB(S) - Tomiyasu DCR: BPD(D) - Saliba DCL: CD(D) - Gabriel DMCR: DM(S) - Jorginho (Hold Position) DMCL: SV(S) - Rice (Get further forward, dribble more) AMR: W(A) - Saka (Cut inside with ball) AMCR: AM(S) - Odegaard (Move into channels, take more risks) AML: IF(S) - Martinelli (Stay wider) FCL: PF(A) - Jesus I would have Odegaard offset to the right to mirror his position off the ball, same with Jesus offset to the left. I wonder if he’d make more sense as a DLF(A) though as he does drop deep and roam a fair bit but he is always pressing from the front - a tricky one. Could even argue that Martinelli should be on attack and Saka as a support duty. Anyone else have any thoughts?

So I am trying to create Ben White’s role for Arsenal - in that he kind of plays similar to the new inverted full-back role in real-life but does get forward and overlap with Saka on occasion. Would the inverted wing-back on defend duty still act as a third CB in possession but still occasionally look to break forward when there is an opportunity?

Has anyone noticed that this skin tends to lag more than others? Other skins I have used feel so much smoother when clicking things, setting up tactics etc.

I moved the facepack included into my existing faces folder - and now most faces don’t appear in game, only the ones included in this facepack? Any ideas on that? Thanks for all the great work though!

What panels do I need to edit to make the sidebar / bar at the top of the screen the club colours?

I’m hoping to try and edit the player profile box in the Sas skin to include the option of having the back of the shirt as opposed to the kit. Personal preference mainly.

Couple of questions that I’ve had trouble finding the answers to. First, if I have a .fmf skin file - is there a way I can extract the files out so all the relevant files are pulled out so I can tweak here and there? Secondly, what file do I need to edit to change the kit display on a player profile from the front of the shirt to the back of the kit with name/number? Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone know how to add the national flag of a player to the tactics screen? Seen it on Clayts YouTube videos but not sure what skin he’s using.

Enjoying this journey so far - nice squad you've put together so far. Dembele and Torres are fantastic additions and would fit in well at Palace. Side-note, what skin are you using?

I like the Villa tactics, looks like a really good recreation of what Emery has built. It’s sort of making me want to give Villa a go. One question though, did you retrain most the players for different positions or use the editor? Because on the latest update, players like McGinn and Ramsey cannot play MR/ML at all. I’m thinking of using the editor to at least give them basic ability of playing on the flank since they have been in real life. Same goes for Buendia, he isn’t familiar with playing as a false nine at all.
