[[Suggestion] Allow the searching of staff by gender]

I have often though that it would be a great idea to be able to search staff by gender. With more and more women entering coaching, this seems like an idea that should be in the game.

Doing my normal Gillingham save, wow its difficult this year. 6 month transfer ban, the directors won't even consider a senior affiliate until January and Vadaine Oliver decided that he wants to consider his options rather than signing a new contract with the inevitable result that my top scorer is now off to Dundee on a free transfer at the end of the season.

Despite all of this we are top of League One and have been promoted, next season is going to be tricky, an aging squad with many out of contract, no first choice striker and a squad that with a few exceptions is not very good....

Gillingham are my local team as well. Reason for transfer ban is because the accounts were not submitted on time....it's a 6 month total transfer ban, and with our small squad, it makes for a tough challenge.... Paul Scally (our chairman)....yeah he divides opinion...
