Put him on something completely different for just one day. Anything bar his current position, then when you put it back he should carry on learning it.

Cleon, is it a proven walkaround? Cuz, none of my players passed level 12 in 1,5 months after making the changes.

For question 2 its a bug. Remove them from the training, advance a day and then put them back on it and it should work again. It will be fixed in a future patch but that is the current work around.

Thanks for your quick reply Cleon. What does "remove them from training" means? change the position he trains? " i.e. put them full back training, then advance a day and put them again in wingback? or put them playing position training (in this case it will be the same training where he already plays? or you mean a completely different thing?

Secondly is there a case for the role or just for the position?

question 1: Which way is better for 17-18 years old young talents development:

a) keep them in academy, train in better conditions with better coaches and tutor them

b) send them loan in lower league and play competitive games.

question 2: I started to train some of my players in different positions in order to fit in my tactic. They reached in half - 3/4 season competent level, however they did not advance further after that in 1 year even though I make play them constantly in that position. (For instance I make play my full back in wing back and he did not yet reached accomplished level in 2 years. He is a 4 star guy in full back but only half star in wing back) Is there a limit / threshold to train them?

After using 4-1-2-3 for years, my squad wasn't fit for 4-1-2-2-1. I haven't any winger and have 3 quality striker hence I moved winger to striker again as the other Mr.Hough tactis. It is still works for me.

After using this tactics for half season my comments are:

* Comparing Mr.Hough rolls back, It is good to see right back participate to the attacks more often. In previous one only LB was attacking.

* There is lesser stamina problem for full backs.

* DM is involving to the offense more often.

* On the other hand, something has to tweek on defense on corners. I concede so many corner goal. Even a unnamed Iceland team scored 2 corner goals in 2nd qualifying match of euro cup.

Apart it, It is Mr.Hough classic !
