Will just add to this that Chris Rich was still down in the DB on the last update as a Director. He seems to have not had any involvement in Torquay since ~2018ish and never officially a director according to Companies House/that I can find (if he was a non-exec director), he was a consultant who worked in a finance role for Gaming International afaik. He would need to be removed anyway after the takeover.

Funnily enough was looking on here as have just had the same thing happen with the default database (no mods). I was using the Original game mode option.
