Basically I can see star ratings for every player in the game before I have even scouted them. Attribute masking is disabled but I don't believe this happened in previous versions (scouting becomes less meaningful). The screenshots show what I can see for 2 players before they are scouted vs after. As you can see, I know the player's star rating before they are scouted.
