Using the tctic in OP with changes to DC and MC marking as suggested and as Sheffield United am in third in PL with 9 games to go In CL I beat Barca 4-0 at home PSG 5-0 home and 5-2 away and Panithkianos 8-0 at home and 5-0 away.
This tactic is still working for me Cheers Mr Hough!

Update on my season with the original tactic in the OP. I am Sheffield United and I started poorly but then went on a run of 9 straight wins then lost 3 then won 4 on the bounce again. So I am still delighted with the tactic as I was predicted to be relegated, the tactic just neeeds pace all over the pitch

Just finished my season with Sheffield United in the Championship with the original tactic on the OP won 40 drew 5 lost 1 reached FA Cup final (still to play) I scored 152 goals in the league and conceded 42

Well Mr Hough it will have to go some to beat the original one on this post. Started using it in my 4th season with Sheffield United in the Championship after two successive promotions and then a relegation. Cleared my old slow players and bought young pacey ones. I have played 32 games won 27 drawn 5 lost 0 scored 102 against 32. I have only lost to Man Utd away in League Cup 2-1 and that was with my second string. I have beaten Spurs and Fulham from PL to reach 6th round of FA Cup
Just amazing tactic however I will still down load the new one to give it a go!!

Mr H don't beat yourself up around the winger tactic, your 4-1-2-3 classic is just the best tactic I have have ever used since you could start doing your own tactics on CM/FM. It works in the Premier League and the Eastern Counties Lg 1 equally as well which is the sign of a good tactic.

which version pal?
The one called Mr Hough 4-1-2-3 Unbeaten Final Version. (Arsenal, Oct 2009) with no changes or tweaks. Team talk "wish them luck" at start and "don't get careless/complacent" at half time if winning or "you can win this" if drawing or losing by one goal. If losing heavily then "I want to see more from you" (clearly I have not had to use the last one much!)

I have just finished my first season in Level 10 (using SuperBladesman superb "add on") and I have won the Eastern Counties League 1 with Saffron Walden Town by 20 points losing only 3 times in 36 games, scoring 72 goals and conceding 21. I have used the final classic version and it has been superb, bearing in mind the players are really poor. If you can get a player with attributes over 9 in the first column on player profile then you are really doing well.
So it really doesn't matter how low you go this excellent tactic works!!

Just a further note on the original classic tactic that I told a fellow FMer to download. He is using it in conjunction with SB Level 10 edit. He is top of the Northern League Div 1 (level 10) with North Shields having played 15 won 14 and lost 1 so proof the original classic works that far down.

Just to say I am still using the original classic with Notts County. Looking good for a third PL title in a row. Just hoping I can win the champions league this season. I have won 21 games in a row in all comps which is a club record and have played 15 league games won 14 and lost 1.

Still can't fault the original classic version. I have just won the premier league for 2nd season and won it after 32 games with Notts County, also won the league cup and I am in the semis of champions league. Got knocked out of FA cup in the semis to Arsenal, the only other defeat was 4-1 away to Everton in the league.

Now into my second season using the excellent Classic version with Notts County. Season 2019/2020 and I have played 10 PL league games and won them all scoring 35 goals and conceding 8. Also have won 2 and drawn 1 in CL group as well as 2 wins iin the League Cup. No special training and the only tweak to the tactics is changing all throws to "long" as I have two re-gens in my team who can do Delap style throws.

what training schedules you using with the tactic?
I have only used the standard in game training whilst winning the PL with Notts County

Just finished the season using the Classic for the first time and won the Premier League with Notts County finishing with 91 points and scoring 129 goals. Knocked Barcelona out of CL then lost in the quarters to FC Bayern. I won the first leg 5-1 at home and then lost 7-1 away, thia after beating the same team 7-0 and 5-0 in the group stages! However I think the AI had decided enough was enough and wasn't going to be beaten as during the second leg I had 3 goals disallowed, a man sent off, my two best players had to go off injured in the first half and two of Bayern's goals came from penalties!!
Can't recommend this tactic enough

I'm playing with Guildford City (Level 10 team), and have got them to level 6 so far
(promoted every season so far )Looking forward to starting down in the Eastern league with this tactic

Using Classic tactic in Premier League with Notts County and after 17 games W13 D1 L3 scored 54 conceded 23 Top of the league by 5 points. Lost away at Liverpool and home to Man City by the odd goal and then bizzarely lost 6-4 at home to Sheff Utd who were 15th at the time. In Champions league won all 6 group games scoring 34 and only conceding 1 including 7-0 away and 5-0 at home against FC Bayern.
Incredible tactic!
At some point in the future I am going to see if it works as well down at Level 10 using Superbladesman's edited league

Am I right in thinking that the only differences between the GCS and the Wizard is that the GCS is set to Overload and Fluid as oppose to Control and Rigid

Started using this half way through the season and won promotion from Conf South with Truro City through the play offs. Didn't have any quality players of note and of course no money. Be interesting to see how I do with basically the same squad in Conference National
I even struggle to to get loan players as the parent clubs want them to play with higher quality players then loan them to a Conf South or North!!
