the club changed the vision and now we have the youth development as a must :

Another season has gone in my Polish adventure. It is unbelievable , we made the double , I really don't know what to say. I know it is unreal and I never experienced this before .

In the middle of the season standings were like this :

and at the end we finished like this :

The cup final game was very tight , we were lucky to win it :

this are results for all the season , we were always in the top positions :

so were were top in the final day after a draw at home against our all-season rivals :

Because I can't believe all these , I look at the others teams in Poland , there were no top players and the transfers out were at very low prices like you can see below :

very few transfers from outside the league in, and also out , no top players or high rated and this can be a reason for our succes . The other reason can be that we were able to keep almost all the players for this season and further two seasons . here are contracts at the end of the season :

My Polish adventure goes well and we easy win promotion to Extraklasa :

i am happy with this , was expecting hard work but the games come and go and at the finish we were up.

the first youth intake was so poor as it was predicted . 

I signed the first three players , but they have no chance to ever be in second team.

Of course we lost our best player 

deep inside I know that the 50% of next sale are lost , maybe i can get around 50-60k selling the clause .

Finances are ok for now, the promotion will help a lot in that way. We managed to re-sign and keep all the squad for at least 2 years.

I have national B licenses and the board allowed another one. On the managing side, players are always moaning for everything they want, promises have to be done and they become unhappy even for training facilities.

the scouting team have any influence at quality of the youth intake?

I am asking because i have nobody in that department, because I consider hiring that staff is a waste in finances.

this was my first post, since then we are on mid-season break in the game, and that show I am using the miracle off an " instant result " skin.

things are going amazing as we are promotion contenders.

it is a bit of surprise thinking that i was prepared for a survive fight,but games like this give me the hope that is well deserved

in this 6 months we have some first steps in improvement :

and the first veeeeryyy disappointing first youth intake preview, I believe it is the worst in many games I played. 

there are a few teams that are interested in our best players but the amounts are very small,so I try to keep the squad together even it will be some moaning from their part.

finances are going down , loosing about 100k a month. I never played in Poland and i don't know what to say about promotion fight to the end,because a clear drop in form is expected as always after season break and I really don't believe the squad is good enough for the Extra Klassa division. 

on the other side the money for promotion can help a lot to have some club improvements because we are on basic training and facilities. I found that a lot of promises have to be done to keep the players at a decent level of happiness, but I am sure that they will be unhappy in the end no matter what i do to fulfill the promises.

I can't say we have a star player, for now we win and lose like a team but a fall in form and results will make my job very difficult. Let see what is coming and what the end of the season will bring . good luck all

hy all,

started this challenge , but now i am stuck at promotion in c division . i won the league in D and message said that i am promoted in C .

but i got no schedule for division C or for division D at least. only a cup game is scheduled somewhere in september .

have no idea why this happened .

in about 3h they never pop-up...maybe is the data base or simply i'm unlucky . i made a save in 20.05 and another one in 01.06.2022 . trying both one by one , a lot of teams changed in promotion , only africanos never show.

[Unhappy at your failure to strenghten the first team]

i found this helping : discuss with unhappy players and ask them if they can recomand a first team player in the position you promise . some will have no recomandation other will recomand someone . reply that you will take them in in your sight and someothers as well too.

sometimes i go further and try to sign the recomanded players but i stop contract negociation if i don't like them. usually the problem will be solved or at least the players will give you an extra time period to fulfill your promise . and in some time will drop it .

other way is to ask your captain or vice to solve it for you.
