For several versions of the game, the past winners screen in the Olympic Games has incorrectly displayed the Great Britain team as "Great Britain Under 23s" and shows the flag of England instead of the United Kingdom. This error has been reported in the past but has not been fixed since FM20, at least. Here is a screenshot of this situation:
