Does anyone know how to change the rules to allow B teams to be promoted from specific divisions? The editors checkable options within "Promotion/Relegation" in the advanced rules of the leagues doesn't seem to make any difference. I'm checking both "Allow B teams to be promoted from the lower division" and "Allow B teams to be promoted into the lower division". Nothing changes in game though, the rules still state that B teams can't be promoted. I'm trying this in the Scottish lower leagues.
