michaeltmurrayuk
- If you are using the Default skins download and switch to the Base Skin for the Skin you are using. - Browse to the fonts folder for the skin. - Open the title xml file. - Locate and delete this line: <string id="capitalisation" value="upper case" /> - Save file, load up game and turn off skin cache and reload/switch skins.

I already thought it would be that file! Currently using the Wannachup Instant Result Dark skin. Is it easy to implement the Instant Result button into the Base Dark Skin so I can change the capitalisation?
michaeltmurrayuk
Easiest thing to do is just copy the title file from the dark base skin into the fonts folder for the Instant Result Skin if it doesn't have it's own title file, if the fonts folder doesn't exist just create it. Rivanov
Unfortunately, removing the line from title.xml doesn't change it in-game. It's still capitalised. - Cleared Cache - Reloaded Skin Edited November 11, 2017 by Rivanov
michaeltmurrayuk
It's working for me. You can try exiting the restarting the game to see if that reloads the files. If that doesn't work have you tried to alter the base skins as that should work, if you get that working just try copying over the entire fonts folder assuming the Instant Result Skin doesn't have a fonts folder. That's just a graphic should be the one in this location: \sitoolkit\skins\fm-widgets\graphics\boxes\custom\background fade\ You'll need to extract the fm-widgets skin from the sitoolkit fmf file and then copy the contents of the above folder to the same place for your skin and edit the graphics. Or if you don't want to mess around extracting the fm-widgets skin (though you will likely need to extract it at some point if you plan on modding other parts of the skin) create the \graphics\boxes\custom\background fade\ folders in your skin and inside create a red png file called paper and then adjust it's dimensions so the fade cuts out at the correct place (height of ~90 pixels)

Crplz
Is there a way to do this for skins that don't have that file?

You can either extract it from the default game files or just copy it over from the base skin - Just make sure you copy/extract from which ever version your skin is based on as the colours will be different between the light/dark skins.
