    Description of issue

After giving a team talk (pre game & half time) players are showing as ‘motivated’, ‘focused’, ‘happy’, ‘inspired’ etc. but when the match actually starts the players who were positively impacted by the team talk are shown to have neutral body language/morale.

I’m not sure if it’s a graphical issue or if players aren’t carrying the effects of team talks into the pitch at all. Either way it’s incredibly frustrating. It almost seems as if the game thinks I’ve ‘given my team the silent treatment’ when that is simply not the case. The AI does not have the same issue. The match day tablet shows the opposition body language/morale as intended (I think) which begs the question: is my team’s performance at the start of the game and second half being negatively impacted by this?

I haven’t managed to find another post detailing this issue and I’m not entirely sure which sub-category I should post this to, apologies if I submit this to the wrong area.

Ultimately this is an issue that has been present in multiple previous iterations of FM and really it’s just the tip of the iceberg. Considering FM 24 has been marketed as “the most complete version ever” I find it disappointing that there are still so many issues that are familiar to many of us.

I hope the majority of these issues will have been largely resolved upon release of the finished product. Although, I understand there are a number new features that almost certainly require polishing and I’m sure your team is endeavouring to deliver the best experience they can.
