    Description of issue

    Hello everyone,

    As of today, I had a facepack downloaded and installed from sortitoutsi and everything worked smoothly. At some time I decided to install the latest facepack updates but then my issue began. My player profile tab shows a blank picture. Tried removing and reinstalling the facepack, tried verifying cache, tried reinstalling the game, even did a clean install after wiping all game files and registries including files in AppData/Local folder, my player profile screen always shows a blank picture. Any tips for this kind of issue ( screenshot included, dont mind the reinstalled facepack, tried loading the game with no added graphics too, issue was the same)

    I'm a little confused, the screenshot you've provided is of a player profile with a picture visible. If the faces are now working after a reinstall presumably its resolved the issue?

    That aside, if its an update for a third party set of graphics and it doesn't work. Typically you would need to check with the third party provider.
