    Description of issue

    This isn't a new issue, but whenever a manager gets sacked at the end of a season, it takes way too long for a new one to get appointed. Even when you, the player, applies for a new job, you don't get hired until the pre season has already begun and you miss most of the transfer window. There's way too much manager movement a few weeks before the start of the season

    Do you happen to have a save available in which this has transpired? As there are changes between versions, having an example from FM24 would allow the QA team to investigate it in the most comprehensive manner.
