Description of issue
Putting this here, as it seems like a Technical issue (an issue behind the scenes, rather than an obvious bug):
Let's say that I use an EDT file to force a club to be in a Transfer Embargo / Transfer Ban for 100 Years. If a club has a takeover during that period, when the takeover finishes regardless of whether it is successful, the game takes the club out of the embargo it thinks it placed the club in for the takeover, the one that was already previously in place, meaning that the takeover overrides the Transfer Embargo already in place and the club ends up not in a Transfer Embargo whatsoever.
