Description of issue
I just started playing as Everton in English Premier League with an all-new season and classic mode. I started it in FM's beta phase. Now for some reason neither my U21 nor my U18 teams make any substitutions in their games. Seem to be also a somewhat occurring thing with opponents too. Also my U18 team doesn't fill the starting 11 with players if they can't play in their natural positions. The automation leaves the slots empty. In the games the places are filled. I have plenty enough players to fill the places.
And yes, I have installed all the updates etc. and I have no extra files etc. besides the real name fix patch.
