  • Mini freezes when I play online

    Description of issue

    Hello there !

    I have a problem with FM24 which I never had before in any previous FM. When I play online with a friend (he is the host), my game has frequent little freeze which freezes my internet. When I play with my friend, we are also on skype and when a freeze happens in game, it freezes skype also. It does not happen when I play any other game, I checked my connection and all is fine. It only happen when I play football manager and it happens every time. 

    Any help would be appreciated !

    We would probably need the save game file to investigate this further. I know your friend is the host but if they can upload it then that would be ideal. A guide on how to do so is available here: https://community.sigames.com/bugtracker/instructions-and-notes/how-to-upload-files-to-us-r98/ 

    Some additional details would be handy, is it at specific points, for example during matches?

    Have you had anything open like task manager open which shows a spike in something whether that be CPU usage, RAM usage, or a certain .exe reacting such as that of your browser?
