Description of issue
i have the strange feeling that the training rating for some coaches- in my case fitness coaches- is not calculated correctly.
in my LFC save, a fitness coach ( Fairclough) has a Lvl of Discipline rating of 4, and has the same 3,5 stars for coaching rating, as another coach (Rydings) with 14 Lvl of Discipline rating, and the other ratings relevant for Fitness coaching are also less then the second coach.
